Your Guide for the Trip

This Journey With Purpose departure is led by Mr. Ang Dorje Sherpa, brother of the late Pasang Lhamu Sherpa the first Nepali woman to summit Mount Everest.

Travelling with Ang Dorje connects the trek to the Pasang Lhamu Foundation’s work empowering Nepali women mountaineers, guides, and athletes through its 2026 Women’s Leadership Program. Thamserku’s English-speaking guiding team and local staff support the route with teahouse logistics, altitude management, and Sherpa hospitality throughout the Khumbu.
