Answers to common questions about Traveleir, booking a trip, and travelling with our partners.
Traveleir is a travel platform for handpicked trips, boutique stays, and local hosts, with a focus on Nepal. Each journey is chosen for comfort, clear planning, and a host who knows the place.
Open a trip, choose your dates and guests, and book from the trip page. You can pay now through Traveleir, or pay the host at the property when that option is offered. The page shows what is included before you confirm.
The host or travel company named on the trip page runs the journey. Traveleir lists the trip, takes the booking, and stays the place to ask questions before and after you confirm.
Each trip page lists what is included and what is not, such as stays, meals, guiding, and transfers. Local taxes or extras that are paid on arrival are called out there as well.
Yes. Use the currency menu in the header to switch the prices you see, including NPR and USD. The amount you pay can still move with the exchange rate between booking and payment.
The host’s cancellation policy is shown when you book, and that policy applies to the reservation. If a refund is due, Traveleir sends it to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Signature Collections are stays and journeys from hosts with their own properties and a close tie to the place. Open Trips in the header, or go to Signature Collections, to browse them.
Tap the heart on a trip to save it. Your wishlist count appears in the header, and the Wishlist page keeps those trips together while you compare them. It is stored in this browser.
Permits and park fees are included only when the trip page says so. Travel insurance is separate unless a trip lists it. Ask the host if you are unsure what you need before you travel.
Use the contact form on the site, or email booking@traveleir.com about a booking. The team can help with a listed trip, a date, or a question for the host.
